Kualifikasi:

Education: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate. Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health & Safety or Mining Engineering is an advantage.
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a mining environment, preferably in safety or operational support roles.
Certification: Basic Occupational Health & Safety (K3) certification required. First Aid, Fire Safety, or Traffic Control training is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct daily patrols and inspections around mining areas, hauling roads, workshops, heavy equipment zones, and jetty operations.
Observe work activities and provide immediate feedback or intervention to prevent unsafe practices.
Support the implementation of Toolbox Talks, Safety Briefings, and Safety Campaigns at the site.
Coordinate with HSE Officers, Supervisors, and Department Heads to ensure identified risks are mitigated promptly.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good understanding of safety regulations and mining site procedures.
Strong observation and communication skills.
Ability to identify unsafe conditions and potential hazards in field operations.
