Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Implementation: - Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, company requirements, and international safety standards.
- Site Safety Monitoring & Inspection: - Conduct routine and ad‑hoc safety inspections, audits, and site observations. - Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and ensure immediate corrective actions.
- Permit to Work (PTW) Control: - Review, verify, and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) and JSEA implementation. - Ensure all permits are properly authorized, risk‑assessed, and complied with on site.
- Incident Reporting & Investigation: - Report, investigate, and document incidents, accidents, and near‑miss events. - Assist in root cause analysis and development of corrective and preventive actions.
- Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain accurate safety records, inspection reports, and incident statistics. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: HSE inspection & compliance monitoring. Permit to Work (PTW) & JSEA control. Incident investigation & reporting. Understanding of industrial safety systems.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail. Strong communication. Discipline & responsibility. Problem-solving mindset.
