Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Safety Site Officer, HSE Officer, Safety Officer, or similar role in mining, EPC, heavy construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker). Additional certifications such as POP, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, HIRADC, Incident Investigation, Working at Height, Confined Space, Scaffolding Inspection, Lifting Supervisor, or Internal SMK3 Auditor will be an advantage.
- Physically fit, disciplined, adaptable to remote site conditions, and willing to work on roster schedules.
- Willing to be assigned to Mining Construction Projects in Sulawesi and Kalimantan.
- Experienced in conducting site safety inspections, safety patrols, toolbox meetings, safety inductions, behavioral safety observations, and compliance monitoring.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and client safety requirements.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, safety patrols, hazard identification, and risk assessments throughout the project site.
- Ensure that all work activities are supported by approved Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and HIRADC documentation before execution.
- Monitor high-risk work activities, including lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, confined space entry, working at height, hot work, electrical work, and heavy equipment operations.
- Ensure proper use and compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and HSE awareness campaigns.
- Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near misses, incidents, and environmental issues while monitoring corrective and preventive actions until completion.
- Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, evacuation drills, fire prevention programs, and environmental protection initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, inspection records, safety statistics, and regulatory compliance reports.
- Coordinate with project management, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives to continuously improve project safety performance.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure full compliance with Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations throughout all project phases.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Safety Regulations, SMK3, mining safety regulations, ISO 45001, Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment (HIRADC), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), emergency response, and environmental management.
- Capable of preparing HSE reports, incident reports, safety statistics, hazard observation reports, and corrective action follow-up documentation.
- Good knowledge of heavy equipment safety, lifting operations, excavation safety, scaffolding, work at height, confined space entry, electrical safety, and contractor safety management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital HSE reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
