Kualifikasi:

Age 25-30 years old.
Min. Diploma Major Environment or Equivalent.
Have a safety certificate "Ahli K3 Umum".
Min. 1 yeard experience in the related field especially safety officer.
Have an experience environment system ISO 14001 and 45001.
Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Fulltime position.
Placement location: Medan Project.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop and implement Project HSE Plans in line with company policies and project-specific requirements.
Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all project activities.
Perform daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions, and implement immediate corrective actions.
Ensure all employees, subcontractors, and visitors use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Lead and coordinate incident and near-miss investigations to identify root causes and preventive measures.
Prepare detailed incident reports and communicate lessons learned across teams.
Conduct Safety Induction for all new employees, subcontractors, and visitors before entering the site.
Organize Toolbox Meetings, daily and weekly, to discuss safety issues and preventive measures.
Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
Document and update safety checklists, permit-to-work forms, inspection reports, and training attendance.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good English Communication Skill.
Able to identify accidents or work disorder.
Understand project management.
Have a leadership, Initiative and teamwork.
Strong knowledge of project safety management systems and risk assessment methods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for safety reporting and documentation.
