Kualifikasi:
  • AK3U or equivalent HSE certification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a mining or heavy-industry environment.
  • Proven track record driving site-wide safety culture and compliance.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Responsible for ensuring that K3 procedures and K3 standards can be applied in the field.
  • Coordinating with all parties is quite procedural and K3 standards can run well.
  • Make K3L reports according to the provisions and procedures (daily, weekly & monthly reports).
  • Create and organize K3L training programs that will increase HSE proficiency and awareness.
  • Coordinating and carrying out the handling of work accidents and other emergencies in the field (disasters).
  • Prepare HSE budgeting plans and supervise HSE budgeting.
  • Create and analyze work accident statistical data reports.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong incident investigation & risk-assessment skills.
  • In-depth knowledge in HSE Management Systems.
  • Communicative, disciplined, and responsible.
