Kualifikasi:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven field experience as a Safety Supervisor or Senior Safety Officer in large-scale civil infrastructure, building, road, bridge, or heavy engineering construction projects.
- Certifications: Ahli K3 Konstruksi (Muda/Madya) certified by PUPR / BNSP or Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certified by Kemnaker RI is mandatory. First Aid (P3K) or Fire Fighting (K3 Kebakaran) certification is a strong advantage. Certified Scaffolding Inspector or Heavy Equipment / Rigging Safety Inspector training is a distinct plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, execute, and monitor daily field safety operations across active civil earthworks, structural concrete works, road/bridge construction fronts, and heavy equipment yards.
- Review, approve, and enforce technical Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and high-risk Work Permits (PTW) for working at height, deep excavations, heavy lifting, and hot work.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections, auditing scaffolding integrity, heavy machinery condition, rigging tackle, personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance, and structural fall arrest systems.
- Oversee contractor and sub-contractor safety compliance through Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS), ensuring all site workers, machinery operators, and technical vendors strictly adhere to project safety plans.
- Lead workplace incident, near-miss, and structural hazard investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques, enforcing the implementation and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Organize and deliver daily Tool-Box Talks, pre-shift safety briefings, mandatory site safety inductions for new workers, and routine emergency response and evacuation drills.
- Monitor site environmental compliance, including construction waste disposal, erosion control, hazardous material (B3) handling, and site sanitation standards.
- Compile, record, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site safety performance reports, inspection logs, hazard observation registers, and statutory compliance documentation to the HSE Manager and Project Manager.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Infrastructure site safety supervision, technical HIRADC & JSA enforcement, high-risk Permit to Work auditing, scaffolding & heavy equipment inspection, CSMS contractor oversight, incident investigation (RCA), environmental waste control, and technical HSE site reporting.
- Soft Skills: Assertive supervisory leadership, clear field communication, high observational precision, proactive risk management, crisis response command, teamwork, and uncompromising safety discipline.
