  • Education Minimum of High School/Vocational High School in Engineering, preferably D3/S1 in K3 Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering.
  • Must have a General AK3 Certificate from the Ministry of Manpower.
  • Highly recommended supporting certifications: Basic Safety Training (BST Oil and Gas/Geothermal), H₂S Awareness & Breathing Apparatus Training, Permit to Work System, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, BNSP Safetyman Certification (added value).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Safetyman in the oil and gas, geothermal, or high-risk energy project sectors.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Conduct direct supervision of high-risk activities, such as hot work, heights, confined spaces, and heavy lifting.
  • Ensure workers use PPE correctly and according to the type of work.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and safety induction every day/shift.
  • Fill out daily safety inspection checklists and archive PTW, JSA forms, and field HSE logbooks.
  • Provide periodic safety information and reminders to workers.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand the basics: HIRARC / JSA, Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Permit to Work System, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Procedure, Supervision of PPE use, heavy equipment inspection, and control of hazardous work areas.
  • Assertive, disciplined, and proactive in detecting potential hazards.
  • Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with field workers.
