Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (HSE/K3), Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safetyman, Safety Officer, HSE Officer, or similar position in the building construction industry.
- Previous experience in High Rise Building Projects is mandatory.
- Experienced in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and incident investigation.
- Valid General Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) Certificate is preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement, monitor, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across all construction activities in accordance with company policies and applicable government regulations.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and safe work procedures for all employees and subcontractors.
- Conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, safety briefings, and awareness campaigns to promote a strong safety culture.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, safety statistics, inspection records, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external HSE audits, inspections, and corrective action follow-ups.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure full compliance with HSE requirements throughout project execution.
- Support the implementation of SMK3, ISO 45001, and company HSE initiatives to achieve Zero Accident performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety regulations, construction safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
