Kualifikasi:
  • Have minimum 1-3 years experience in the same position.
  • General K3 Expert Certification or other K3 certification will be highly preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure all workers use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with safety standards at the mine site.
  • Carry out routine inspections to detect potential dangers and provide recommendations to reduce the risk of accidents.
  • Coordinate emergency response if an accident occurs and provide initial assistance at the scene.
  • Provide direction and socialize safety procedures to workers, including training in the use of PPE and handling emergency situations.
  • Prepare safety incident reports and documentation of inspection results and submit findings to management for safety improvements.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understanding of occupational safety and health regulations in the mining sector according to applicable regulations.
  • Good communication skills to convey safety procedures and regulations to workers at the mine site.
  • Able to provide short outreach and education regarding K3 to employees.
