Kualifikasi:
- Minimum High School education.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or related field is preferred.
- Maximum 50 years old.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in related fields.
- Hold minimum International Certified of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Have good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proactive and flexible with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
