Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably with a Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding operations, including at least 2 years in a Foreman or Supervisory role within Oil & Gas, Offshore, Shipyard, EPC, Fabrication Yard, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industrial projects.
- Experienced in supervising scaffold erection, modification, inspection, dismantling, and material control.
- Certifications and Training: Valid Scaffolder Foreman Certification is mandatory. Scaffolding Inspector Certification is highly preferred. Working at Height Certification is mandatory. Additional certifications in Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid (P3K), Rigging & Lifting, Confined Space Entry, Banksman/Signalman, Emergency Response, and Incident Investigation will be considered an advantage.
- Physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work in demanding construction and fabrication environments.
- Willing to work overtime and on rotational schedules as required by project operations.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise all scaffold erection, modification, inspection, maintenance, and dismantling activities in accordance with approved procedures and international standards.
- Ensure scaffolding works comply with company HSE policies, project specifications, and applicable Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure efficient utilization of scaffolding materials and equipment.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings before work activities commence.
- Verify that all scaffold structures are inspected, tagged, and approved before being released for operational use.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Working at Height procedures, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Coordinate closely with construction supervisors, engineers, HSE personnel, and project management to support safe project execution.
- Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate unsafe conditions.
- Report scaffold-related incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and participate in incident investigations.
- Maintain accurate scaffold registers, inspection reports, material inventories, and project documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with international scaffolding best practices.

- Hard Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of scaffold erection, dismantling, inspection, modification, and maintenance. Strong understanding of scaffold load calculations, structural stability, access systems, and fall protection requirements. Competent in supervising scaffold crews and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Experienced in conducting scaffold inspections, risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and Permit to Work verification. Able to prepare scaffold inspection records, daily reports, material tracking, and work progress documentation. Good understanding of construction sequencing, fabrication activities, and high-risk work environments.
