Kualifikasi:

Minimum High School / Technical School (SMK) or equivalent.
Certified Basic Scaffolding / Scaffolder Level 1–3 from a recognized training provider.
Certified & TKBT 2.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Scaffolder in construction, civil works, industrial building projects, or marine/concrete structure projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Scaffolding Erection & Dismantling: Erect, assemble, install, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures as instructed. Ensure all scaffolding is built According to drawings and supervisor instructions, In compliance with safety standards (OSHA, BS, EN, or company standards). Secure all scaffolding components, including Standards, ledgers, braces, Platforms and guardrails, Toe boards and access ladders.
Safety Compliance: Follow all site safety rules and procedures. Use PPE properly and ensure tools are in good working condition. Ensure scaffolds are stable, level, and safe before use. Report any unsafe conditions, damage, or potential hazards to the Scaffolding Inspector or Supervisor.
Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades for scaffold requirements. Communicate scaffold status to the Scaffolding Inspector for tagging and inspection. Work closely with the team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Maintenance & Material Handling: Inspect scaffolding components before use to identify defects. Maintain and store scaffolding materials properly to prevent loss or damage. Assist in inventory management and material tracking.
Site Support: Support construction teams by providing safe access, working platforms, and temporary structures. Respond quickly to scaffold modification requests from site operations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling procedures. Ability to interpret Basic scaffolding drawings, Instructions from Scaffolding Inspector or Supervisor, Load calculations and weight limits. Familiarity with scaffolding materials, tools, and safety equipment. Understanding of safety regulations and standards related to scaffolding and working at height.
Soft Skills Good teamwork and communication skills. High discipline and strong safety awareness. Ability to work under pressure and in challenging site conditions. Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
