Kualifikasi:

Minimum 3 years in the same position.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
Certified Scaffolding Inspector/Supervisor (mandatory).
Indonesian citizens are highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Oversee daily scaffolding activities and ensure safe installation, modification, and dismantling.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
Prepare scaffolding work plans, permits, and technical documentation.
Train and mentor scaffolding crews on proper methods and safety procedures.
Coordinate closely with construction, HSE, and project teams to address operational needs.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Proficient in scaffold design review, load calculations, and construction methods.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Ability to conduct scaffold inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities with contractors and construction teams.
