Kualifikasi:
  • S1 graduate in environmental and safety, occupational health & safety or environmental engineering or related discipline.
  • S1 any discipline.
  • 10+ years’ experience in safeguards role (HSE knowledge would be an advantage).
  • Experince in preparation and/or supervision environmental and social safeguards document under government regulation and international funding (WB, IFC and ADB etc) consist of ESIA, stakeholder engagement plan, grievance redrees mechanism etc. Also has been involved in due dilligence, implementation and monitoring would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working in civil construction and drilling environments.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop and enforce EHS Procedures.
  • Plan and conduct safety inspection/audits/training.
  • Serve EHS Law monitoring and reporting and be liaison with regulatory authorities.
  • Develop maintain risk management program involving relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan and facilitate EHS Meeting.
  • Provide technical EHS consultation to line function including senior management.
  • Drive EHS promotional activities including EHS Internal.
  • Campaign and Safety Week Program.
  • Develop and maintain incident investigation programs and following up corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Ensuring all relevant EHS permit licenses are maintained including renewal according to Regulatory requirement.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fluent in English and bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
  • Able to build and increase awareness of quality, health, safety and environmental management, to ensure that all activities comply with provisions relevant to quality, health, safety and environmental management.
  • Good presentation and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership.
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
