Senior Safety Officer

Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in construction, mining, or heavy engineering projects.
- Possess valid Ahli K3 Umum certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI) or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems and safety procedures across all project phases.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and compliance audits in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and guide site safety officers and workers to ensure consistent safety compliance.
- Prepare and deliver HSE induction, training, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with local government regulations, client requirements, and internal HSE policies.
- Participate in project planning and design reviews to integrate HSE considerations into project execution.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to HSE performance and incidents.
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, and QA/QC teams to ensure safety standards are met in all operations.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management practices, and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3 standards.
- Strong understanding of hazard identification (HIRADC), JSA preparation, incident investigation, and emergency response management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of preparing detailed HSE reports and documentation.
