Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in construction, mining, or heavy engineering projects.
Possess valid Ahli K3 Umum certification from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI) or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems and safety procedures across all project phases.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and compliance audits in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Supervise and guide site safety officers and workers to ensure consistent safety compliance.
Prepare and deliver HSE induction, training, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with local government regulations, client requirements, and internal HSE policies.
Participate in project planning and design reviews to integrate HSE considerations into project execution.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to HSE performance and incidents.
Collaborate with project management, engineering, and QA/QC teams to ensure safety standards are met in all operations.
Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.

Harus punya keterampilan:

In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management practices, and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and SMK3 standards.
Strong understanding of hazard identification (HIRADC), JSA preparation, incident investigation, and emergency response management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of preparing detailed HSE reports and documentation.
