Kualifikasi:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in K3, Public Health, or Environmental Science.
- Experienced as a SHE Officer.
- AK3 Umum certification (active) is mandatory.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and control (HIRADC).
- Ensure compliance with SHE regulations and company standards.
- Monitor and report unsafe acts, conditions, and high-risk activities.
- Conduct safety training, inductions, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and emergency drills.
- Manage SHE documentation (waste logs, PPE issuance, incident reports, etc.).
- Inspect fire safety systems (hydrants, alarms, extinguishers, emergency showers).
- Monitor third-party B3 waste and environmental handling.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of OSH regulations and international standards.
- Good English communication and teamwork skills.
