Kualifikasi:
  • Site Safety Supervisor. Lamongan, East Java, Indonesia. Contract Duration 1 Year.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or industrial safety supervision.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Site Safety Supervisor to join our team at PT Omya Indonesia in Lamongan, East Java. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Compliance: Liaise with Project Manager/Site Manager/SHO regarding project requirements and safety protocols. Ensure all workers adhere to government, OMYA, and industry safety standards. Collaborate with the main client's safety personnel (OMYA) on all Occupational, Safety, Health, and Environment (OSHE) related matters. Possess necessary legal competency as a Site Safety Supervisor.
  • Site Activities: Provide job site safety briefings, training, and inductions for workers and subcontractors as required. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and walkabouts for safety surveillance. Perform risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and other safety-related tasks as needed. Assist in developing and reviewing lifting plans for site activities. Identify and rectify unsafe conditions on the construction site. Coordinate with the client's safety department on safety orientations, site access passes, work permits, and other safety-related matters. Report all accidents, near misses, and occupational diseases to management promptly. Conduct regular inspections of machinery, tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Coach workers on safe practices and recognize good safety behavior. Identify hazardous conditions and initiate corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate safety records and inspection reports. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly safety reports to Project Manager/Site Manager/HSE Manager. Conduct regular job site inspections and submit observation reports.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Familiarity with local OSHE regulations and international safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong command of English language.
