Kualifikasi:
  • Master Degree (S1).
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in QHSE Planning & Performance, developing and implementing.
  • QHSE Management in similar industry or manufacturing.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop, & providing QHSE Planning detail program to achieve QHSE policy & goal Company.
  • Manage and monitor QHSE Performance Company by elaborate with related function & department, related standard, related stake holder including HQ requested.
  • Providing and implementing QHSE management strategies to address various QHSE Performance through QHSE Dashboard, QHSE program, QHSE software/system, etc.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor QHSE Work Program and Budget in coordination with internal and external stakeholders such as all HSSE sections, Cost Control Team, and SKK Migas.
  • Initiates and develop various QHSE dash board of Performing & key indicator QHSE matter any exploration and exploitation projects including specific studies.
  • Propose, maintain and monitor of subject matter regarding QHSE Planning & Performance based on various source from safety, environmental and occupational health function.
  • Provide increasing quality QHSE Planning & Performance program on each Business Unit/related department, as per Company need & HQ requested.
  • Provide analysis and predicts the company's future prospects, current stability, and QHSE Planning & Performance matter.
  • Prepare policies, strategic plans, work plans, and targets to ensure that the corporation maintains and even exceeds productivity and profitability, and meets QHSE policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of QHSE Planning & Performance programs.
  • Initiates trainings, talks, discussions with field operation personnel related with the implementation and monitoring of QHSE Planning & Performance and provides technical assistance to field operations on QHSE Planning & Performance matters.
  • Develop & set up program the QHSE Action Register to track QHSE Action Items automatically by system.
  • Support on developing document including Manual, Procedures, Work Instruction, Guideline related with QHSE management.
  • Prepare and coordinate with related department regarding readiness for QHSE data & analysis requested from other Department, HQ, Government & related parties.
  • Create innovation programs to increase awareness and implementation QHSE management for each unit business and related department.
  • Support & performs internal audit for QHSE MS implementation & PCI QHSE audit in the all work area.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fast knowledge on Oil & Gas related regulations.
  • English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
  • Fast learner, high confidence, independent and reliable.
  • QHSE Planning.
