Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring HSE programs.
Perform routine HSE inspections and audits in the workplace.
Identify potential hazards, analyze risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide training and awareness programs related to occupational health and safety (OHS) for employees.
Prepare risk analysis reports (JSA), HIRADC, work permits, workplace accident reports, incident investigations, and corrective follow-up actions.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, and company standards.
Ensure that all employees and vendors are covered by occupational health and safety protection.
Have a good understanding of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 documentation and reporting.
Capable of preparing reports on hazardous and non-hazardous waste control.
Ensure and monitor the availability and proper use of PPE.
Have an understanding of and willingness to learn about ESG reporting.
