Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar HSE role.
Proven experience as an HSE professional within port, shipping, maritime, logistics, or industrial operations.
Valid certifications in General Occupational Health & Safety (Ahli K3 Umum or equivalent).
Possess certifications in SMK3, ISM Code, and CSMS.
Certified in POPAL/PPA and Hazardous Waste (PLB3) Management.
Willing to be placed at the North Morowali Site with a regular 6-day working schedule.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Monitor and enforce occupational health, safety, and environmental programs across port operations.
Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Manage hazardous waste (B3), wastewater treatment processes, and environmental monitoring activities.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate emergency response preparedness, drills, and training programs.
Support implementation and maintenance of SMK3, ISM Code, and CSMS requirements.
Prepare HSE reports, statistics, regulatory submissions, and management presentations.
Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Strong expertise in B3 hazardous waste management, wastewater treatment systems, and environmental compliance.
Proficient in incident investigation, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response planning.
Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting documentation.
