Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Safety Inspector, Safety Officer, HSE Inspector, or similar position in hydropower, dam construction, heavy civil, EPC, infrastructure, mining, or Oil & Gas projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower. Additional certifications such as Scaffolding Inspector, Working at Height, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, Confined Space, Rigging, Lifting Inspector, or Internal Auditor ISO 45001 are highly preferred.
- Physically fit, willing to work in remote project locations, and able to work under a roster schedule when required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine safety inspections and safety patrols to ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and applicable HSE regulations.
- Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental hazards, then recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and safe work procedures for all construction activities.
- Inspect high-risk work including excavation, lifting operations, scaffolding, working at height, confined space entry, electrical work, and heavy equipment operations.
- Support incident investigations, collect evidence, prepare inspection findings, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Participate in safety inductions, toolbox talks, HSE campaigns, and safety awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Maintain accurate HSE inspection records, observation reports, incident logs, and monthly safety performance reports.
- Coordinate closely with construction supervisors, contractors, and the HSE team to ensure continuous compliance with project safety objectives.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, evacuation drills, fire prevention programs, and continuous HSE improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction HSE management systems, SMK3 implementation, and ISO 45001 principles. Competent in conducting HIRADC, JSA verification, PTW inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety compliance monitoring. Experienced in inspecting excavation works, lifting operations, scaffolding, working at height, confined space entry, heavy equipment operations, electrical safety, and other high-risk construction activities. Capable of preparing HSE inspection reports, audit findings, safety statistics, and corrective action follow-up documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and observation abilities. Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills. High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a strong safety culture across the project.
