Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in OHSE, Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of Assistant Managerial experience
- Certified AK3U (Kemnaker Certificate) is Mandatory
- IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health): The IOSH Managing Safely certification is often recommended for professionals managing safety teams or working in leadership positions.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP): Offered by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in shipyard or related position .

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Support HSE Manager in developing & implementing HSE strategies.
- Supervise HSE operations across shipyard and project activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations & international standards.
- Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.
- Manage incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Conduct training, safety campaigns & toolbox meetings.
- Prepare and review HSE reports and performance metrics.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: HSE management system & ISO standards. Risk assessment & incident investigation. Safety audit & compliance monitoring.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals. English proficiency is mandatory. Ability to liaise with clients, authorities, and regulatory bodies.
