Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum 26 - 45 years old
  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering Education.
  • Work experience as HSE Supervisor 2 years or as HSE Officer 5 years in factory/industry/construction.
  • Have AK3U (must), First Aid, Auditor, Fire Fighting, and Trainer of Trainer (TOT) certifications.
  • Willing to travel for long periods of time.
  • Willing to be place in Head Office (Jakarta).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Monitor & Control the implementation of Occupational Safety Health and Environment (HSE) policies at all group company locations on a regular and continuous basis.
  • Responsible for HSE related procedures and work instructions, including safety programs (safety campaigns, safe work permits) Investigate unsafe acts and situations and take action to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide advice, considerations and recommendations on all aspects of Occupational Health Safety and Environment (HSE) as necessary to increase the awareness of employees who are under the company's work location.
  • Conduct internal audits of performance, Occupational Safety Health and Environment (HSE) at all company projects on a regular basis (routine visits to all company project sites).

  • Understand the K3 management system (SMK3) and able to prepare SMK3 documents in accordance with applicable regulations Carry out risk assessments and outline safe operating procedures and identify and consider all hazards in all work activities.
