Kualifikasi:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
Experience in construction, mining, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
Preferred Certifications & Training: Lifting Supervisor Certification. Rigger / Crane Inspector Certification. AK3 Umum is an advantage. Working at Height & Rigging Training. First Aid & Fire Fighting Certification.
Note: Project placement is in Papua - Bintuni bay. Indonesian citizens are highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise daily lifting and rigging activities on site.
Ensure all lifting operations comply with safety procedures and standards.
Review lifting plans, load calculations, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and project teams.
Conduct lifting equipment inspections and monitoring.
Lead toolbox meetings and incident investigations related to lifting activities.

Hard Skills: Lifting plan review & load calculation. Rigging & crane operation supervision. Risk assessment & lifting safety compliance. Inspection of lifting equipment. Incident investigation & reporting.
Soft Skills: Leadership & coordination. Communication & teamwork. Problem-solving & decision-making. High safety awareness and discipline.
