Kualifikasi:

Minimum High School Diploma / Technical Vocational Certificate.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in scaffolding works within EPC oil & gas projects, preferably in a fabrication yard.
Certified in Scaffolding Level 2/3, CITB, TUV, or equivalent recognized scaffolding competency certification.
Candidates Must Have EPC Oil and Gas Experienced in Fabrication Yard.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Work Supervision: Lead, coordinate, and supervise scaffolders during erection, modification, and dismantling activities. Ensure scaffolding work is carried out according to approved drawings, standards, and safety procedures. Plan daily work tasks, manpower allocation, and material requirements. Verify scaffold stability, load capacity, bracing, tie-ins, and platforms prior to use.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with HSE policies, working at height requirements, and scaffolding safety codes. Conduct daily toolbox talks and communicate hazards related to scaffolding operations. Stop unsafe work and rectify hazardous conditions in real time. Ensure scaffolds are inspected, tagged, and documented according to company procedures.
Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with supervisors, construction teams, welders, fitters, and other trades for scaffold requirements. Communicate material shortages, work progress, and delays to the Supervisor or Scaffolding Superintendent. Maintain records of erected scaffolds, inspection reports, and daily activity logs. Support scaffold design teams by providing technical input and field validation.
Quality & Productivity: Ensure scaffolding installation meets project specifications and quality standards. Optimize manpower, tools, and materials to maintain efficiency and minimize waste. Monitor progress to ensure work completion within schedule and fabrication milestones.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of international scaffolding standards (OSHA, BS EN 12811, AS/NZS standards).
Knowledge of fabrication yard operations, heavy lifting areas, and confined space safety requirements.
Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings, load ratings, and material specifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills in a multicultural workforce.
