Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Marine Biology, Forestry, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in environmental management, CSR, or community development, preferably within the hospitality or retail industry.
Proven experience in mangrove conservation programs, coastal restoration, or biodiversity initiatives.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Plan, coordinate, and implement mangrove restoration and conservation projects in line with company sustainability goals.
Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and educational institutions to support mangrove and coastal protection initiatives.
Conduct site assessments, monitoring, and evaluation of mangrove ecosystems to ensure restoration effectiveness.
Organize and facilitate community education programs, environmental campaigns, and volunteer activities related to conservation and sustainable livelihoods.
Support company CSR initiatives by aligning community projects with business values and environmental priorities.
Prepare periodic environmental and social performance reports for management and stakeholders.
Promote environmental awareness among employees, guests, and partners through campaigns and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations applicable to company operations and community activities.
Assist in developing partnerships for long-term environmental sustainability and social impact programs.
Represent the company in external events, conferences, and environmental forums as needed.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Environmental Expertise: Knowledge of coastal ecosystem management, mangrove rehabilitation, and habitat restoration techniques. Familiarity with carbon sequestration and nature-based climate solutions.
Community Engagement: Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with local communities and government bodies. Experience in facilitating workshops, training, and community empowerment activities.
Monitoring & Reporting: Strong ability to collect environmental data, prepare reports, and present progress to management and external stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and public engagement.
Problem Solving & Leadership: Proactive, adaptable, and capable of leading small project teams in the field.
