Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
- 12–15+ years of progressive HSE experience, with a proven track record in managerial or senior supervisory roles across complex industrial operations.
- Relevant national and international HSE certifications are highly preferred.
- Valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) / Ahli K3 Utama Certification from Kemnaker RI.
- Only candidates with relevant Chemical / Oil & Gas experience will be considered.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Formulate, execute, and evaluate long-term strategic HSE roadmaps, policies, and management systems across all operational facilities to guarantee zero-harm workplace conditions.
- Ensure complete corporate compliance with all national labor laws, Ministry of Manpower regulations, environmental mandates, and international safety standards.
- Lead comprehensive enterprise risk assessments, oversee HIRADC/HAZOP reviews, and establish robust mitigation strategies for high-risk industrial activities.
- Direct internal and external HSE management system audits, track corrective action implementation, and report compliance metrics directly to Executive Management.
- Oversee corporate emergency preparedness frameworks, command crisis response operations, and maintain seamless communication with government regulatory bodies.
- Lead major incident investigations using advanced root cause analysis methodology, establish preventative action mandates, and implement system-wide improvements.
- Cultivate a proactive corporate safety culture through executive mentorship, continuous professional training, and the integration of sustainability practices across all organizational levels.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Corporate HSE governance, ISO 45001/ISO 14001/SMK3 audit leadership, enterprise risk management (HIRADC/HAZOP), regulatory compliance oversight, environmental footprint reduction, emergency response command, and ESG performance tracking.
- Soft Skills: Executive leadership, strategic vision, assertive decision-making, persuasive communication, conflict resolution, cultural transformation driving, and crisis composure.
