Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and drive TPM and Shop floor excellence activities.
Coordinating and rolling out continuous activities on Plant.
Organize procedures and documentation within CI & Safety Dept, complies to ISO 9001.
Close coordination with OE Manager and Safety Pillar.

Harus punya keterampilan:

TPM Knowledge & Implementation, ISO-9001 Management Systems, Safety Management Systems (SMK3).
CI knowledge (LSS, SGA, Kaizen), Technical capabilities.
High integrity, TOT experience, System driven, Conceptual & analytical thinking.
