Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in an apartment or a mall.
Holding a certificate of AK3 Umum and Pemadaman Kebakaran Tipe D.
Placement: Puri Mansion Apartment, Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 08.30-17.00 . Saturday: 08.30-14.00 (only twice a month).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE programs and safety procedures within the building area.
Conduct fire drills and emergency response training for staff and tenants.
Inspect and ensure proper functionality of fire hydrants, alarms, and fire protection systems.
Identify potential hazards and implement preventive safety measures.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and provide recommendations.
Prepare HSE reports and documentation for management.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Have a keen understanding of fire drills and building fire hydrants.
Good understanding of building safety systems and emergency response procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
HSE reporting and documentation.
