Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HSSE experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in large-scale construction or EPC projects, preferably in renewable energy, power plants, or infrastructure projects.
NEBOSH International Diploma / NEBOSH IGC.
ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor.
EPC or large-scale project experience is a must
Willing to be based on site (Central Java).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead the implementation of HSSE strategies and programs for the Floating Solar PV project.
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client requirements.
Develop and enforce project HSSE policies, procedures, and safety plans.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and environmental monitoring.
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Promote safety culture through training, toolbox meetings, and awareness programs.
Coordinate with project management, contractors, and regulatory authorities regarding HSSE matters.
Prepare and report HSSE performance metrics and compliance reports.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong background in construction/project HSSE management, renewable energy experience preferred.
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
HSSE management system implementation.
Construction safety management.
Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA / HAZID / JSA).
Incident investigation and corrective action management.
Environmental compliance and monitoring.
Safety leadership and workforce engagement.
