Kualifikasi:

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in public health (Occupational Health and Safety will be advantage) or environmental engineering.
Minimum 7 years work experience in HSSE role in the CPO refinery industry.
Hold PPPA level Manager from BNSP.
Willing to be placed in Gresik plant - Jawa Timur.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and programs in daily operations.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations, company standards, and environmental requirements.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
Organize safety briefings, emergency drills, and HSSE awareness activities.
Monitor PPE usage and safe work practices across operational areas.
Prepare and maintain HSSE reports, documentation, and compliance records.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Able to identify, monitor and map potential hazards that may occur in the work area.
Good understanding of industrial safety standards, environmental management, and workplace safety procedures.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA / HIRADC / JSA).
Safety inspection and compliance monitoring.
Incident investigation and corrective action management.
Environmental monitoring and reporting.
Safety training and HSSE awareness programs.
HSSE documentation and reporting.
