Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Environmental or Industry), Public Health.
Experience on establishing and monitor ISO 45001 and SMK3.
Have Certified AK3 Umum & ISO.
Willing to work under shift and public holiday.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Work with related functions to conduct risk mapping (risk ranking), hazard identification, and risk control for various types of work available in relevant departments.
Conduct reviews of facility compliance with applicable HSE, industry, and/or regulatory standards and provide recommendations to relevant functions.
Develop standards, guidelines, regulations, and legislation, and update the company's compliance status based on predetermined parameters.
Create HSE campaigns and promotions based on agreed programs.
Provide training and/or serve as an HSE trainer on required topics.
Conduct analyses and reviews of accident statistics, non-conformities, and other deviations, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Proficiency in compliance administration, document filing, and reporting systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
Implementation and monitoring: HSE Management System, Compliance & Sustainability Program.
Environmental management: Waste management (hazardous and non-hazardous), Energy and water efficiency, Green open space management.
