Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.
Professional certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, SMK3, OHSAS/ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Basic Safety Training for Marine Industry).
Minimum 5–7 years of HSSE experience, preferably in shipyard, marine engineering, heavy industry, or oil & gas.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Health & Safety Management: Implement and supervise daily HSSE programs to ensure safe working practices throughout the shipyard. Conduct routine inspections, safety patrols, and hazard identification activities. Monitor high-risk operations (welding, confined space, lifting, hull cleaning, drydock operations). Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce compliance with safety rules and protocols.
Risk & Compliance: Lead risk assessments, JSA/HIRA evaluations, and propose corrective actions. Ensure compliance with government regulations, company standards, and international maritime HSSE requirements. Manage documentation for permits-to-work (PTW), hot work permits, and confined space entry.
Incident Management: Lead incident investigations, determine root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions. Maintain incident logs, prepare safety reports, and present findings to management.
Training & Safety Culture: Conduct safety inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors. Provide regular HSSE training: emergency response, chemical handling, fire safety, and shipyard-specific risks. Promote a proactive safety culture through campaigns, toolbox meetings, and behavioral safety programs.
Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate emergency drills (fire, oil spill, man overboard, confined space rescue). Ensure availability, readiness, and proper maintenance of firefighting and emergency equipment.
Environmental & Security Responsibilities: Monitor waste management, pollution control, and environmental compliance. Oversee shipyard security measures including access control and contractor monitoring. Support sustainability initiatives aligned with Samugara Group’s environmental goals.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Ability to develop and implement HSSE policies, SOPs, and action plans. Proficiency in conducting HIRA/JSA, accident investigations (root cause analysis), and environmental monitoring. Understanding of shipyard operations such as hull repair, welding, blasting, coating, mechanical work, and drydock activities. Familiar with emergency response systems, firefighting equipment, first aid procedures, and crisis coordination.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory abilities. Excellent communication and coaching skills for all organizational levels. High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capability. Ability to enforce compliance while maintaining collaborative relationships.
Digital Competence: Skilled in using HSSE monitoring software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to generate clear incident reports, audits, and documentation.
