Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of HSE experience, preferably in Mall, Highrise Building, or Mix-used building.
Certified in K3 or equivalent certification is preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs within the mall operations.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian safety regulations and environmental standards.
Conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, drills, and safety training for staff and tenants.
Monitor contractor and vendor compliance with HSE requirements.
Prepare HSE reports, documentation, and audit records.
Promote a strong safety culture among employees, tenants, and visitors.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
