Min experience 15 years.
Min education Diploma/Bachelor.
AK3 Migas (level supervisor) certificate, Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET, IADC Certificate.
At least has 5 years experience as HSE Supervisor.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise the implementation of HSE programs and procedures at project sites.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and HSE awareness activities.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor PPE usage and safe work practices on site.
Prepare HSE reports and documentation for management and clients.
