Kualifikasi:
  • K3 certification, NEBOSH,IOSH,LEAD AUDITOR, INSPECTOR-BOSIET OPITO, HSE VALID DOCUMENT, MCU VALID DOCUMENT, OFFSHORE VALID DOCUMENT
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, civil or electrical engineering, or another related field
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Establish and maintain HSE programs that meet regulatory compliance requirement and corporate’s HSE policies.
  • Manage site emergency response plan and readiness
  • Lead and perform regular health and safety audits
  • Conduct Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis
  • Participate in HSE inspection program and track correction actions
  • Manage permit submissions and prepare regulatory reports
  • Promote the development of a risk observation culture, encourage and facilitate the identification or near misses and risky situations to improve safety in the workplace
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
