Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DPA, HSE, Marine Operations, QHSE, or a similar position within the maritime, offshore, shipping, logistics, mining, or energy industries.
- Candidates must possess a valid Designated Person Ashore (DPA) Certificate.
- Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Health & Safety (K3) Certification.
- Willing to travel to operational sites, ports, shipyards, vessels, and project locations when required.
- Experienced in conducting HSE inspections, internal audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) in accordance with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code by monitoring the effectiveness of the company's Safety Management System.
- Ensure compliance with national and international maritime regulations, including the ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, and management systems across all business operations.
- Conduct HSE inspections, vessel audits, office audits, and operational site assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control activities for operational and project-related activities.
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their implementation.
- Plan and conduct HSE training programs, safety inductions, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness campaigns.
- Prepare periodic HSE performance reports, audit reports, management review documentation, and regulatory compliance reports.
- Coordinate with government authorities, classification societies, clients, auditors, and other external stakeholders regarding HSE and DPA matters.
- Support emergency preparedness, crisis management, and business continuity initiatives across all company operations.
- Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement to achieve Zero Accident and operational excellence.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of the ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
- Good understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 Management Systems.
- Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
