Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of HSSE experience, preferably in offshore drilling or oil & gas operations.
- Certifications (Preferred): NEBOSH IGC / International HSE Certification. Offshore Safety Training (BOSIET / HUET). Incident Investigation Training (ICAM / TapRooT / RCA). H2S Awareness Training. First Aid & Fire Fighting Training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide HSSE coaching and mentoring to drilling crews and supervisors.
- Promote a strong safety culture and behavioral safety practices on site.
- Support the implementation of HSSE management systems and procedures.
- Participate in risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and safety campaigns.
- Monitor compliance with offshore safety regulations and company standards.
- Assist in incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Deliver HSSE training and awareness programs for project personnel.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of drilling operations, offshore safety standards, and risk management.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA / HAZID / JSA).
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Safety audit and compliance monitoring.
- Training facilitation and safety communication.
