Kualifikasi:

HSE LEAD (Third Party Contract) Site - Papua Barat.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Recognized professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent); additional certifications in process safety, emergency response, or industrial hygiene are preferred.
Certified K3 - Migas Supervisor Level and Certified Safety Inspector.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HSE experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proven track record of HSE management in construction and early production facility operations, including experience in large-scale construction activities.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and manage overall HSE strategy and implementation at Block Kasuri.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and company HSE standards.
Supervise HSE team and coordinate with operations, contractors, and stakeholders.
Conduct audits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Manage emergency response programs and drills.
Prepare periodic HSE reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Promote a strong safety culture across all operations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong background in regulatory compliance and dealing with government authorities (e.g., SKK Migas, MIGAS, Ministry of Manpower).
In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and international best practices, with strong expertise in risk assessment (HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS, HIRADC) and incident investigation methodologies.
Familiar with HSE management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) and their awareness & implementation concepts.
Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to drive a positive safety culture, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multicultural teams.
