Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an EHS Coordinator, HSE Officer, EHS Officer, or in a similar role within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
Fresh candidates with outstanding qualifications and relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
Hold valid and active EHS certifications, such as AK3 Umum (Ministry of Manpower), ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, First Aid, Fire Fighting, or other relevant HSE certifications.
Willing to work onsite in Cikarang and travel to project locations if required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Coordinate the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in accordance with company policies, Indonesian regulations, and client requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable Occupational Health and Safety regulations, environmental regulations, and company HSE standards.
Conduct routine site inspections, safety observations, hazard identification, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
Organize safety induction, toolbox meetings, HSE campaigns, and employee awareness programs.
Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) implementation and verify compliance with safe work procedures.
Investigate incidents, unsafe acts, near misses, and environmental issues, then prepare investigation reports and corrective action plans.
Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and response procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, including KPI monitoring and management reporting.
Maintain HSE documentation, training records, inspection reports, and regulatory compliance records.
Collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to continuously improve HSE performance across all operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, including SMK3 implementation, hazard identification, risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), incident investigation, emergency response, and environmental management.
Familiar with safety inspections, safety audits, toolbox meetings, HSE reporting, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and safety performance monitoring.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting systems.
