Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
Experience in manufacturing industry (aseptic packaging or paper processing is a plus).
Preferably certified in Ahli K3 Umum, ISO 14001/45001, Fire Safety, or related fields.
Willing to be placed in Cikande, Serang.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

We’re looking for an EHS Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across our operations.
Develop and implement EHS Management Systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3).
Ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards.
Manage waste, WWTP, contractor safety, and EHS equipment inspections.
Lead and support incident investigations, safety patrols, and reporting.
Support EHS audits, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver and support EHS training programs and competency development.
Coordinate emergency response (ERT), drills, and safety systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive safety culture.
