Holds at least Bachelor's degree, majoring in Occupational Safety & Health, Environment (from reputable universities is a MUST).
Having at least 8 years of working experiences in HSE field and 2 years as Supervisor/Assistant Manager level (preferably from Site Construction, Manufacturing, and Mining Business).
Having work certificate related to HSE field. Willing to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta area.
Willing to do frequent Business Trip to our sites in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Sumatera.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSE Management & Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain the Corporate HSE Management System across all business segments. Ensure compliance with national regulations (Kemenaker, KLHK, ESDM, BPOM, Dinas Kesehatan, etc.) and applicable international standards. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and compliance assessments for: Mining sites (coal, nickel), Nickel smelter plants, Biodiesel and renewable energy facilities, Power plants (IPP, hydropower), Industrial operations and plantations, Healthcare and medical service facilities.
Risk & Safety Management: Lead risk assessments (HIRA, SIMOPS, Bowtie) and ensure control measures are implemented effectively. Develop standard emergency response procedures and coordinate emergency drills at site locations. Monitor safety performance indicators (accident rates, near-miss trends, environmental KPIs). Manage contractor HSE performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Environmental & Sustainability: Oversee compliance related to AMDAL, UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, emissions monitoring, waste management, and environmental reporting. Support the company’s green business, sustainability initiatives, and renewable energy projects. Ensure environmental monitoring programs are aligned with corporate and regulatory standards.
Training & Culture Development: Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and site personnel. Promote a strong culture of safety, environmental awareness, and compliance throughout the organization. Mentor operational teams in implementing best HSE practices.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare regular HSE reports for management, clients, and government agencies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents, optimize operations, and enhance sustainability performance. Support management consulting teams in providing HSE-related advisory services for external clients.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Strong capability in Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA/HIRADC) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Skilled in developing HSE programs, policies, and procedures. Proficiency in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning (5 Why, RCA, Bowtie Method). Ability to conduct audits and inspections across multiple sectors (mining, power plant, plantation, smelter, industrial operations). Knowledge in environmental monitoring, waste management (B3), and compliance documentation. Strong understanding of renewable energy safety, such as hydropower safety, biodiesel plant safety, and secondary battery manufacturing risks. Strong command in reporting to internal and external stakeholders (management, government bodies, and clients).
Soft Skills: Fluent in English (both written and Spoken) is a MUST. Strong communication and presentation skills. Leadership capability with multi-sector stakeholder management. Analytical and critical thinking for solving HSE operational challenges. Able to work under pressure, multitask, and coordinate with diverse business units. Excellent writing skills for HSE procedures, SOPs, and incident reports. High integrity, discipline, and commitment to safety culture development.
