Kualifikasi:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplines.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an EHS Engineer / HSE Engineer / Safety Engineer.
Possess a valid HSE certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for telecommunication projects and operational activities.
Perform routine EHS inspections and audits at project sites and offices.
Deliver EHS inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
Prepare and submit EHS performance reports, including KPIs and trend analysis.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations, Environmental management requirements, Risk management and hazard control.
Ability to develop and implement EHS Management Systems, Risk assessments (HIRA / JSA), Method statements and safe work procedures.
Strong documentation and reporting capability.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
