Kualifikasi:

3–7+ years experience in EHS roles within the telecommunications industry (RAN/BTS/Site Acquisition/Project Rollout).
Experience handling network deployment, fiber, or infrastructure expansion projects preferred.
Certified in AK3 Umum, SMK3L, or relevant safety certifications is a strong advantage.
Global Telecommunications Project: We are looking for an experienced EHS Specialist to support our telecom network operations and ensure full compliance with Environment, Health & Safety standards across nationwide projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor EHS programs across field operations, network rollout, and maintenance activities.
Conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and global EHS standards.
Lead toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training for engineers & subcontractors.
Prepare EHS reports, documentation, and corrective action plans.
Coordinate with internal team & vendors to ensure safe execution of telco projects.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong understanding of K3 regulations, tower/site safety, working-at-height protocols, and RF safety.
Strong Site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
EHS programs across field operations, network rollout, and maintenance activities.
EHS reports, documentation, and corrective action plans.
