Kualifikasi:

Available to work on a roster schedule.
Have a competency certificate in the relevant field and a K3 (Occupational, Health, and Safety) certificate.
Documents: - CV - Diploma/Ijazah - Certificate - Working Experience Letter/Paklaring.
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the field of EHSTQ, especially in the mining sector or other heavy industries.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise and ensure the implementation of occupational safety and health procedures in the field in accordance with company regulations and standards.
Ensure environmentally friendly mining activities through waste management, emission monitoring, and the implementation of conservation programs.
Identify and analyze risks, and prepare mitigation measures to reduce potential hazards in the mine area.
Ensure that all processes and work results meet the quality standards that have been set.
Compile and provide training and socialization to employees related to safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
Conduct audits, field inspections, and compile safety, health, environmental, training, and quality performance reports on a regular basis.

Harus punya keterampilan:

In-depth understanding of government regulations related to K3, environment, and quality management in the mining sector.
Ability to identify potential hazards and conduct safety risk analyses at mine sites.
Experience in developing and providing training to employees and contractors regarding K3, the environment, and quality.
Able to develop training programs that are in accordance with mine safety standards and the company's operational needs.
Good communication skills to convey safety and environmental related information to all employees.
Able to collaborate with various teams to ensure the implementation of appropriate EHSTQ programs.
