Kualifikasi:

Must have 6 Years' Experience (Railway/ LRT/MRT/ High rise buildings/Traction Substation/Road construction/power transmission sector).
Required to hold an active AK3 Umum certification issued by Kemnaker. Have degree in Health & Safety Management.
Certificate General Health & Safety and Certificate working in confined space.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

The Electrical safety will ensure compliance with Indonesian safety standards during the execution of track work, power, signaling, and telecom installations in tunnel environments.
Ensure compliance with company and client HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to electrical safety.
Conduct electrical safety audits, inspections, and toolbox meetings at job sites.
Review and approve electrical activities under Permit to Work, ensuring correct LOTO and isolation processes.
Monitor safe work practices in high-risk operations: high voltage switching, energization/de-energization, cable laying, hot work near electrical sources, etc.
Identify potential electrical hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate testing and calibration of grounding, insulation, and protection systems.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Must have effective communication English, team leading skills and stakeholder management.
Electrical hazard identification & risk assessment proficiency.
Skilled in incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence safe behavior.
Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.
