QHSE Officer (4 positions).
Min. 5 years of experience, skilled in QHSE system implementation, monitoring & evaluation.
Basic certification in Food Safety, HACCP, or K3 (Occupational Safety) is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Assist in implementing and maintaining QHSE policies, procedures, and standards in all catering and food service operations.
Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in kitchens, storage, and serving areas.
Conduct routine inspections on food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety.
Support the implementation of HACCP plans and ISO-based management systems.
Prepare and maintain accurate QHSE reports, records, and documentation.
Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up of corrective actions.
Provide support in conducting QHSE training, induction, and awareness programs for staff.
Promote a positive safety and food hygiene culture across the organization.
Report QHSE issues, non-conformities, and improvement suggestions to the QHSE Supervisor/Manager.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: Strong understanding of food hygiene and sanitation practices. Ability to conduct safety inspections, food safety checks, and risk assessments. Knowledge of incident reporting and investigation procedures. Competence in maintaining QHSE records and documentation. Ability to support QHSE training and awareness programs for staff.
Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive. Team player with the ability to work under supervision. Strong problem-solving mindset with practical approaches. High integrity and commitment to QHSE compliance.
