Kualifikasi:

Supervising implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental systems
Minimum D3 in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): AK3 Umum / OHS certification. ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 internal auditor training. First Aid, Fire Safety, or other HSE technical certifications.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Site Inspection & Monitoring: Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Monitor pipeline construction and maintenance activities for potential risks. Verify use of PPE, tools, and equipment in accordance with safety standards.
HSE Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to statutory laws, client requirements, and company HSE policies. Maintain accurate HSE documentation, inspection checklists, and records. Support incident investigations by gathering evidence and preparing reports.
Risk Control & Safety Practices: Identify unsafe acts/conditions and recommend corrective actions. Assist in implementing Permit-to-Work (PTW), HIRADC, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Monitor waste management and environmental protection measures.
Training & Awareness: Provide HSE induction for new workers and contractors. Support toolbox talks and safety campaigns at site level. Promote HSE awareness and a strong safety culture among workforce.
Emergency Preparedness: Support emergency drills and response exercises. Ensure emergency equipment is available, inspected, and functional.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Knowledge of pipeline construction/operation safety standards. Skilled in conducting site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA). Understanding of Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, confined space, and working at height procedures. Ability to prepare HSE reports, checklists, and incident documentation. Familiarity with emergency response procedures and environmental protection practices.
Soft Skills: Attention to Detail – strong observation and inspection skills. Communication Skills – able to report findings clearly and engage with site teams. Teamwork – supportive of HSE team, supervisors, and field crews. Problem-Solving – able to recommend corrective actions effectively. Discipline & Integrity – enforces compliance fairly and consistently.
