Experience: 15+ years.
S-1 in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Certified in POP, AK3 Umum certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE and safeguard management systems for the geothermal project (construction, drilling, commissioning, and operation stages).
Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and international safeguard standards (IFC PS, ADB, World Bank).
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments across all project activities.
Manage and oversee safeguard requirements, including environmental and social impact mitigation, land acquisition, and community health & safety.
Provide HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs for staff, contractors, and local stakeholders.
Lead incident investigations, ensure proper root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor and report HSSE performance, including KPIs, incident statistics, and safeguard compliance reports to management and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with engineering, drilling, environmental, and social teams to ensure integrated safeguard practices.
Support the development of emergency response and crisis management plans tailored to geothermal risks.
Promote continuous improvement and best practices in health, safety, environment, and social safeguard management.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: Strong expertise in HSE risk assessment, hazard identification (HIRADC), and incident investigation. Knowledge of safeguard requirements for lenders and international institutions (e.g., IFC, ADB, World Bank). Ability to monitor and manage environmental and social impacts, including biodiversity, land use, water resources, and community relations. Competence in emergency preparedness, fire safety, drilling safety, and geothermal-specific risks (H2S, steam blowouts, high pressure hazards). Skilled in preparing HSE plans, safeguard reports, and compliance documentation. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools for HSSE performance monitoring.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills to work with contractors, regulators, and local communities. Cross-cultural communication skills, able to engage with local stakeholders and international project partners. High integrity, detail-oriented, and proactive in promoting a “Zero Harm and Sustainable Energy” culture. Ability to work in remote project locations and adapt to challenging environments.
