Looking experienced candidates with minimum 5- 7 years' experience in EPC/ Construction site projects , this position will be direct hire with our clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Possess valid certifications:
NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA, or equivalent international SHE certification.
ISO 45001 (OHSMS), ISO 14001 (EMS) knowledge and implementation.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Supervise and monitor the implementation of SHE management systems across EPC/construction project sites.
Ensure compliance with company SHE policies, local regulations, and international standards.
Conduct daily site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions and practices.
Lead and participate in incident/accident investigations, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Organize and deliver SHE training, toolbox talks, and safety inductions for all site personnel and contractors.
Monitor and control permit-to-work (PTW) system to ensure safe execution of high-risk activities.
Prepare, review, and submit SHE reports, KPI monitoring, and performance updates to management.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to enforce a safe working culture.
Promote continuous improvement in safety, health, and environmental performance.
Support emergency preparedness and response activities at project sites.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in risk assessment, hazard identification (HAZID/HAZOP), and job safety analysis (JSA).
Knowledge of permit-to-work systems (PTW), confined space, working at height, lifting operations, and heavy equipment safety.
Familiarity with emergency response planning and drills.
Ability to conduct SHE audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring.
Competency in waste management, environmental monitoring, and sustainability programs.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership with the ability to supervise and motivate multi-disciplinary site teams.
Effective communication for toolbox meetings, training, and SHE inductions.
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong incident root cause analysis capabilities.
Conflict resolution and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
